The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Kowestan Mohammed, said Tuesday at the opening ceremony of the single-window hall in the Erbil Protection Network Directorate:

 

 She added that the single window system is a new and advanced method of administration and processing of citizens' transactions and is now being implemented in all offices of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Kurdistan Regional Government and has provided great convenience and speed for citizens.

 

 She said: In the provisions of Decision No. 1 of 2019, emphasis is placed on eliminating routine and facilitating the transactions of citizens.  On this basis, we have started to build single-window halls in the directorates of the social protection network for the disabled and short-sighted in Erbil, Duhok, Sulaimani, Halabja and Garmian.”

 

 In the single-window system, the citizen hands over the transaction to an employee through a window and after passing all administrative procedures, the transaction is handed over to the citizen through the same window.
